Admission Policy

All persons planning to attend Natural Products Expo must be registered. Natural Products Expo is a private trade show open to the trade only, and not open to the public. Individuals who cannot document their direct, professional affiliation to the trade are not qualified to attend the trade show.

Proof of Business must be presented in order for you to be registered for Natural Products Expo. You must present business credentials to qualify your store/company. Accepted forms include a retail tax license, a current Yellow Pages ad, product catalog, web site that directly sells products to an end consumer, business card that has info of retail practices, order forms showing multiple products lines (in the case of Distributors, Importer/Exporters or Brokers) or medical license (in the case of Health/Practitioners).

Business Type Definitions/Pricing

There is no registration fee for qualifying retail buyer, distributor, broker and importer/exporter attendees who register on or before the pre-registration deadline. After that date, registration fees apply for all registrants.

A Special Note About Qualifying as a Distributor, Broker or Importer/Exporters.

Qualifying distributors, brokers under this category and must register as a Manufacturer. Acceptable forms of business proof will clearly show multiple products lines from multiple manufacturers.

Definition: Owns or works for a retail store or restaurant, this includes mail order or web based catalogs. The stores and catalogs must sell more than one product line. Acceptable forms of business proof include tax license, yellow pages ad, product catalog, web site that directly sells products to an end consumer, business card that has info of retail practices.
 
Distributor Free $25 $55
Definition: Includes Wholesalers, Distributors, Brokers, Importer and Exporters of finished products. To qualify as a Distributor, you must be a 3rd party distributor of more than one Manufacturers line in addition to any brands owned by your company. Acceptable forms of business proof include order forms showing multiple products lines, business card showing business type.
 
Health/Practitioner Buyer Free $25 $55
Definition: Owners or staff of health clubs, gyms, spas and salons. Also includes those involved in the field of medicine whether traditional or alternative. Acceptable forms of business proof include tax license, medical license, yellow pages ad, product catalog, web site describing the practices of the individual or business, business card that shows type of business.
 
Manufacturer $195 $250 $250
Definition: Manufactures finished products.

Definition: Provides raw materials or ingredients for manufacturing finished products. This includes farms, suppliers of food materials, raw minerals, equipment,

Definition: Includes schools and universities, government workers and those that work for or represent the people and companies in the previous categories. This includes advertising / Public Relation, Banking, Consultants, Labs or Research firms. Acceptable forms of business proof are business cards with some business description, web sites.

Definition: Any attendee not directly or indirectly involved in the Natural Products Industry.
