The Specialty Diets Forum
View The Full Agenda
They’re out there—the specialty diet shoppers of the world who needs you to help them navigate their gluten-free, vegan or allergen-free lifestyle. Challenges abound:
How can you successfully merchandise to avoid co-mingling and cross-contamination?
What are the best ways to work with the special diets community to promote your store?
How do you foster community and a safe haven for shoppers that look to you for guidance?
Catering to these shoppers calls for a specialty forum. That’s why we’ve put together The Specialty Diets Forum, the newest Expo West educational event. You’ll learn how to successfully serve shoppers like me, the forum’s Track Chair and vegan, so that by the time I leave your store, I can’t wait to come back.
I’ll see you in Anaheim on March 7 for this half-day event!
