How can a company contract a booth for Natural Products Expo?

An account manager can be contacted directly to assist you with booth selection; or you may fill out an application and exhibit space contract and return it with a deposit to our offices immediately following the current show. We will assign booths first-come, first-served. Please call 866.458.4935, or 303.939.8440 to be connected to your area's Account Manager.

When is my booth deposit due?

Forty percent of the total exhibit space rental fee is due by 4/11/14. The balance is due on 11/14/14. After 11/14/14 must be accompanied by 100% full payment (cashier's check or money order). Your booth is contracted once your Exhibit Space Contract or proxy form is signed and exhibit space is allocated.

Where can I find information about the a la carte tours, speakers and educational sessions?

Refer to the Schedule for the latest information on educational sessions including exhibitor-presented seminars.

Can anyone attend the Expo?

Natural Products Expo is a trade show and is not open to the general public. For information on who is eligible and what business proof is acceptable please review the Admission policies.

May children attend the show?

Anyone 16 years and older must qualify to register as an attendee or exhibitor and will be required to show business proof . Children 15 years and younger are required to have a Children’s Badge and must be under adult supervision at all times. You will be required to present proof of age (i.e. birth certificate, government/state issued ID). Only one Children’s Badge will be issued per registered adult. All Children’s Badges must be picked up at the child care office. No one under 18 years of age will be allowed on the show floor during move-in and move-out.  Childcare Information and Registration.

How do I make hotel reservations?

The company handling hotel reservations is onPeak. They provide discounted rooms close to the convention center. This service guarantees you a set rate and also puts you in a hotel within walking distance to the convention center or near a free shuttle that will take you to the convention center. How do I obtain an invitation letter in order to get my visa to enter the United States?

To request a visa letter you must first register to attend the Natural Products Expo West/ Engredea. During your registration you can request a visa letter that is available to download on the registration confirmation page. If you have any questions regarding your visa letter, contact Natural Products Expo Customer Service at +1-303-390-1776 or e-mail us at: tradeshows@newhope.com

How can an exhibiting company get more exposure at the show?

Whether the objective of your show is to educate attendees on your science, launch a new product line, or dominate the category, your booth space is only the start of your company’s ability to draw attention to your products or services. Can children attend educational sessions?

As an added benefit for exhibiting at Natural Products Expo West, exhibitors are eligible to upgrade their badge to attend Next Innovation Summit at a discounted rate. You will be able to upgrade during the exhibitor badge registration process for your show.

I want to be a speaker! How can I be included in your program?

Proposals may be submitted to the Education Manager for review on the Natural Products Expo website at http://www.naturalproductsexpo.com/proposal.

 

If I registered for Expo West can I attend the Next Innovation Summit sessions?

Expo West Attendees may upgrade their registration to attend the Next Innovation Summit sessions for an additional charge. Please go to www.nextinnovationsummit.com for more information.
As an added benefit for exhibiting at Natural Products Expo West, exhibitors are eligible to upgrade their badge to attend Next Innovation Summit at a discounted rate. You will be able to upgrade during the exhibitor badge registration process for your show.

How many samples can I take from the show floor?

Each attendee is permitted to exit the show floor with one sample bag per day. It has been determined from both attendee and exhibitor feedback that one sample bag per day is sufficient enough to bring home product and literature from the show floor. Additional bags will be donated to the local food banks and charities. Complete listing of show policies.

Is there an extra charge to attend the Educational Sessions, or the Keynote?

While most educational sessions are included with your registration, we do have some sessions that require a fee to attend. You can upgrade to attend these sessions while registering or by calling 866.458.4935.

Will handouts be available at the sessions?

While many speakers like to use handouts, some do not. If the speaker provides a handout to us, it will be available for download after the show on the Natural Products Expo website.

Oh no! I missed a session I really wanted to attend. What can I do?

All of the New Hope Sessions and most of the Exhibitor Presented Seminars are available for download after the show, on the Natural Products Expo website.

Why can't I bring my rolling cart on the show floor?

For safety reasons, rolling carts, rolling bags, strollers and bags with wheels are not permitted on the show floor during show floor hours, except where such carts or bags are a medical necessity. A Coat Check is available at the convention center to store these items. Complete listing of show policies.

What educational sessions are included with the Super Pass?
All Expo West and Engredea Conference sessions are included (Thursday through Saturday). Also included are the Retail Store Tour and Herb Walk. Click here to learn more.

The NEXT Accelerator Entrepreneur Workshop and NEXT Innovation Summit are NOT included with the Super Pass.
