Thank you for your continued partnership with Natural Products Expo West! We are looking forward to seeing you in March 2024.
Please use the following instructions to access the newly created Exhibitor Hub: 

Using the Exhibitor Hub

Welcome to your one stop resource for all your exhibitor needs! The Exhibitor Hub will be your new location to access exhibitor badge registration, the Exhibitor Services Kit (ESK), the booth approval form (required, deadline is Jan. 19th), the booth move form (optional), edit a company description, add a logo, select your product categories, and mention show specials for the event.


To access the hub, follow this link.

To login for the first time and activate your account, you will need to select "forgot password" and enter your email into the promoted box.

Once completed, you will receive an email link to the provided email which will allow you to securely set your own password. Be patient as it can take several minutes for you to receive your link. If you have any trouble accessing the link you receive, please email [email protected].

NOTE: Please keep in mind that you will need to use the same email to set a password that you used when you registered for Natural Products Expo West 2024.


Once logged into your exhibitor hub, you can update your company description, contact information, and product categories.  Select "Edit" in the section under your organization name. Don't forget to hit the save button at the bottom of the page.

Your Hub

Your exhibitor hub includes a variety of resources to help you prepare for Expo West 2024. Once logged in, scroll down to find contact information for Client Services, the Exhibitor Service Kit, Badge Registration, and your 'To Do' list.
