Childcare Details and Policy

The Natural Products Expo child and childcare policy was created to ensure the safety of the babies, children and parents who attend our shows. Safety is still of primary importance to us, and we look forward to working with parents to safeguard the wellbeing of all children in attendance at Natural Products Expo and any co-located events in 2023.

Important: No strollers or Rolling bags are allowed on the trade show floor. All Child Badges will be distributed ONLY at the Childcare Registration (Hilton, Lower Level). No other registration areas will allow Child Badge pick-up. Read current policy.

No one under 18 years of age will be allowed on the show floor during move-in and move-out.

Anyone 16 years and older must qualify to register as an attendee or exhibitor and will be required to sign a waiver and show business proof (for examples click here).


Childcare: $35.00/day

Childcare is available on-site through our partner, KiddieCorp. KiddieCorp has been providing high quality children’s programs and youth services to conventions, trade shows and special events for over 25 years. KiddieCorp has enjoyed a long-time partnership with the American Academy of Pediatrics, which has helped to establish KiddieCorp as a premier provider of event children’s program services.

Saturday: 7:00 am - 4:30 pm

Childcare Registration: Hilton, Lower Level, International Tour Lounge

Available Services include All Child Registration and General Registration. Child care is first come first serve and fills up fast. Access to a nursing room will also be available.

Child Badges

Child Badge: $55.00

If you will not be using childcare and would like your child to attend the event, you will need to register your child online, prior to the event, or onsite at Child Registration (located at the Hilton, Lower Level). Children 15 years and younger are required to have a Children’s Badge and must be under adult supervision at all times while on the show floor. You will be required to present proof of age (i.e. birth certificate, government/state issued ID/school ID). A liability waiver will need to be completed for each child in attendance at the event.

*Only 1 children’s badge will be issued per registered adult. All Children’s Badges must be picked up at the childcare office.

Child Badge Pickup Process

Child badges can only be picked up Child Registration, located in the Hilton Lower Level.
