Reservation Deposit and Guarantee Policy:
Your credit card is used only as a guarantee at the time of booking the reservation with onPeak. A two-night room and tax deposit is required by credit card or company check. The deposit will be charged by the hotel(s) directly approximately three weeks prior to the event.
Reservations may be cancelled with no fees up to one week (7 days) prior to arrival. Guest will be charged a two-night room and tax fee for reservations cancelled within one week (7 days) prior to arrival.
