Profile

Siggi was raised on a traditional Icelandic diet. After moving to the U.S., he started to miss a staple of his childhood diet; skyr. Yogurt in the U.S. was too sweet for him, so he started making his own. Within a few months, he quit his job, bought dairy equipment, and siggi’s dairy was born.
