An account manager can be contacted directly to assist you with booth selection; or you may fill out an application and exhibit space contract and return it with a deposit to our offices immediately following the current show. Forty percent of the total exhibit space rental fee is due by 4/6/18. The balance is due on 11/9/18. After 11/9/18 must be accompanied by 100% full payment (cashier's check or money order). Your booth is contracted once your Exhibit Space Contract or proxy form is signed and exhibit space is allocated.

Natural Products Expo is a trade show and is not open to the general public. For information on who is eligible and what business proof is acceptable please review the Show Policies.

Anyone 16 years and older must qualify to register as an attendee or exhibitor and will be required to show business proof. Children 15 years and younger are required to have a Children’s Badge and must be under adult supervision at all times. You will be required to present proof of age (i.e. birth certificate, government/state issued ID). Only one Children’s Badge will be issued per registered adult. All Children’s Badges must be picked up at the child care office. No one under 18 years of age will be allowed on the show floor during move-in and move-out.

The company handling hotel reservations is onPeak. They provide discounted rooms close to the convention center. This service guarantees you a set rate and also puts you in a hotel within walking distance to the convention center or near a free shuttle that will take you to the convention center. To request a visa letter you must first register to attend Natural Products Expo West. During your registration you can request a visa letter that is available to download on the registration confirmation page. If you have any questions regarding your visa letter, contact Natural Products Expo Customer Service at +1-303-390-1776 or e-mail us at: [email protected].

No. Your exhibit hall pass allows you access to the Anaheim Convention Center as well as exhibits at the Hilton.

Each attendee is permitted to exit the show floor with one sample bag per day. It has been determined from both attendee and exhibitor feedback that one sample bag per day is sufficient enough to bring home product and literature from the show floor. The Keynote is free to attend, along with Exhibitor Hosted Education. The Expo West Conference Sessions are paid sessions, as are Natural Products Business School, and Herb Walk. You can upgrade to attend these sessions while registering or by calling 866.458.4935.

The cost to attend depends on your business type. Refer to the Badge Registration page for more information.

While many speakers like to use handouts, some do not. If the speaker provides a handout to us, it will be available for download after the show.

For safety reasons, rolling carts, rolling bags, strollers and bags with wheels are not permitted on the show floor during show floor hours, except where such carts or bags are a medical necessity. Numerous bag checks are available throughout the Expo West campus to store these items.

All of the New Hope sessions and most of the Exhibitor Hosted Education sessions are available for download after the show, on the Natural Products Expo website.
