Environmental Sustainability | What's New in 2024!

Natural Products Expo West is working towards the elimination of single use plastics to better align with our show mission. We recognize the impact trade shows have on our planet, and as we take steps to do better, we ask that our attendees and exhibitors walk alongside usIn 2024, we're excited to introduce two new programs supporting these efforts.

Zero-Waste Sampling

This pilot program will be launching at Fresh Ideas Organic Marketplace and aims to reduce trash and related carbon emissions by replacing 10,000 single use paper and plastic cups with a reusable alternative. Look at for the participating brands on Wednesday at Fresh Ideas!

Introducing Wooden Key Cards!

We have expanded our hotel offsetting sponsorship from 2 to 3 host hotels and switched from plastic hotel keycards to customized sustainably sourced wooden hotel keycards! Through this sponsorship, New Hope Network is able to reduce plastic consumption and further offset the carbon and water utilized throughout Natural Products Expo.

Thank you, Beacon Discovery, the official product discovery platform of Natural Products Expo, for allowing us to offset the energy and water usage at our host hotels and reduce plastic use.
