Social Sustainability | What's New in 2024!

We've partnered with (included), a membership collective for BIPOC top executives in CPG who are dedicated to one another’s success, who advocate for diverse representation, and who commit to amplifying BIPOC voices. This exciting partnership guides multiple efforts at Expo West in Anaheim and is a strong steppingstone in creating a long-term strategy for how our platforms can most effectively elevate BIPOC-owned brands in the industry. Highlights from these efforts include conference session collaborations, networking events and onsite exhibit space.

Say hello to this year's participating brands all in the ACC North Hall, Hot Products Pavilion:

(included) Partnership

Our partnership with (included) is created to more effectively elevate BIPOC-owned brands in the industry. Highlights from these efforts included conference session collaborations, networking events and onsite exhibit space and table top features.

Waymakers

We partnered with Waymakers, who had individuals onsite that were able to support harassment victims and on call throughout the full duration of the show. They also had a counter set up in the Hall B lobby with more information about the work that they do locally in CA available.

“We build safer communities by helping individuals make their way through conflict and crisis to a place of strength and stability."

Anaheim Convention Center

The Anaheim Convention Center has one of the most extensive sustainability programs in place. Check out all of the amazing efforts they have in place including- water reduction, waste diversion and social change.

Leftover materials, both food and booth supplies are donated to local non-profits, including Habitat for Humanity and Second Harvest Food Bank. After Expo West 2023, we were able to donate 181,142 lbs of food/beverage and five 18’ trucks of furniture and materials!

At Expo, we keep your health and wellness in mind when creating our event schedule and onsite layout. Be sure to join us for an Early Morning Workout sessions or a visit to the wellness lounge!

We also continue to strive for the most accessibility at Expo. Parents, we have dedicated nursing rooms and childcare so while you're browsing the newest products on the trade show floor, you know your loved ones are being cared for.
