Childcare Details & Policy 

The childcare policy at Natural Products Expo West was implemented with the paramount objective of safeguarding the safety and wellbeing of infants, children, and their accompanying parents during our events. We are dedicated to collaborating with parents to uphold the highest standards of safety for all children present at Expo West. 

If You Pre-Registered for a child badge, you may pick up your child's badge at any badge pickup location on campus.              

If You Have Not Pre-registered for a child badge, you may register and add your child badge at any onsite registration location.

If you do not require a child badge and have opted for childcare instead, once you have picked up your badge, please proceed to Catalina 7 on the lower level of the Hilton for child drop off.

Childcare is offered on a first-come, first-served basis for registered participants, and we will accommodate as many children as capacity allows.

Important: No strollers or rolling bags are allowed on the trade show floor. 

No one under 18 years of age will be allowed on the show floor during move-in and move-out.

Anyone 16 years and older must qualify to register as an attendee or exhibitor and will be required to sign a waiver and show business proof. To view our approved categories click here.

Childcare

Childcare: $35.00/day

Childcare is available on-site through our partner, KiddieCorp. KiddieCorp has been providing high quality children’s programs and youth services to conventions, trade shows and special events for over 45 years. KiddieCorp has enjoyed a long-time partnership with the American Academy of Pediatrics, which has helped to establish KiddieCorp as a premier provider of event children’s program services.

Tuesday 7:00am - 6:30pm
Wednesday 7:00am - 6:30pm
Thursday 7:00am - 6:30pm
Friday 8:00am - 3:00pm

Childcare Pickup Process

For child pickup, we require parents to check-out their child directly at the KiddieCorp registration desk at Catalina 7, on the lower level of the Hilton. Parent or guardian will need to valid photo ID upon pick-up. Only those individuals listed on the consent form will be permitted to pick up the child.

Late Pickup Policy

Children must be picked up by closing time. 
 
A late fee of $5 per minute will be charged beginning at closing time. Late pick-ups are calculated per minute and rounded up to the next minute. 
 
We appreciate your cooperation in picking up your child on time to ensure proper staffing and safety for all children.

 

Child Badges

Child Badge: $55.00

If you will not be using childcare and would like your child to attend the event, you will need to register your child online, prior to the event, or onsite at Child Registration (located at the Hilton, Lower Level). Children 15 years and younger are required to have a Children’s Badge and must be under adult supervision at all times while on the show floor. You will be required to present proof of age (i.e. birth certificate, government/state issued ID/school ID). A liability waiver will need to be completed for each child in attendance at the event.

*Only 1 children’s badge will be issued per registered adult. All Children’s Badges must be picked up at the childcare office.

Available Services include All Child Registration and General Registration. Child care is first come first serve and fills up fast. Access to a nursing room will also be available.

Child Badges
