Exhibiting at Expo West is an excellent way to tell your brand story, we just ask that you adhere to our current guidelines to make sure everyone has a safe and successful experience.
As a part of exhibiting a standards review is required. As part of our continuing effort to promote transparency and integrity at Natural Products Expo, we’ve expanded our standards program to do more before the show. Just as we do for first-time exhibitors, we now require a pre-show review for all returning exhibitors.

Avoid Scammers
Expo West is committed to making sure that attendees, exhibitors and sponsors have the best possible experience at our events. We carefully select and vet all our partners and vendors to provide the best services to all of our customers.
Official vendors are required for many of our event services, but not all. If you are approached by an outside vendor and are not clear about who they are, please contact your Account Manager or Customer Service at: [email protected].
Attendee List
Multiple companies have been contacting Expo West event attendees, exhibitors and sponsors claiming to sell/rent a Expo West event attendee list.
These companies have no association with Expo West and are not authorized to use the Expo West name. Please be aware these offers are fraudulent. We do not sell or release data and have strict policies around the protection of data at Informa.
It appears as though the vendors that are sending these mass emails are simply spamming and cold-calling the companies that appear on the event’s attendee and exhibitor pages. We continually work with our Show Management and legal team in sending the spammers cease and desist letters; however, they are persistent and continue to send under different email addresses and different aliases. If you receive one of these emails, please BLOCK and MARK AS SPAM in your inbox.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience that these spammers cause you — we get these emails too.
Hotels
We are aware that other housing companies or travel agencies may contact you or your company to book your guest rooms through them. onPeak is the only hotel provider endorsed by Expo West. If you are contacted by other third-party companies via email or phone offering hotel assistance, please be aware they are not endorsed by our event. Entering into financial agreements with these companies can have costly consequences and are not protected by event management.
