The Hosted Buyer Program is designed for qualified retail category managers and buyers who are actively sourcing natural and organic products. We welcome decision-makers and those who have influence, from a variety of retail channels who are looking to discover new brands, expand product assortments, and stay ahead of emerging trends.
Please note: Participation is limited to a maximum of five (5) buyers per retail organization. If you’ve participated as a Hosted Buyer in previous years, you are still eligible to apply.

Once you complete your application to be a Hosted Buyer at Natural Products Expo West, it will be marked as pending while our team reviews your submission. You’ll be notified via email once a decision has been made. If accepted, you'll receive a confirmation and be contacted by a New Hope Network representative to begin booking your travel and hotel accommodations.
Yes, if you’ve previously attended Natural Products Expo West as a Hosted Buyer, you are still eligible to participate. However, please note that we are limiting participation to a maximum of five (5) buyers per retailer.
By applying to the Hosted Buyer Program and your application being approved, you acknowledge and agree to fulfill all participation requirements in order to attend Natural Products Expo West 2026 as a Hosted Buyer.

The following Terms & Conditions apply to all Hosted Buyers registering for New Hope Network’s (NHN) Natural Products Expo West. Your participation is contingent upon acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined below:
You understand and acknowledge that you are not being charged a registration fee for this event and that a significant investment has been made by NHN, the host hotel, and other sponsors to host your participation.
The company of each Hosted Buyer will receive a link from Navan to book your travel directly through our booking tool, up to $550.00 for roundtrip airfare travel to and from Anaheim. A $100 virtual gift card will be available post show, in lieu of airfare for travelers arriving by alternative transportation. All other travel fees and expenses are the responsibility of the Hosted Buyer.
If your travel plans change prior to check-in or onsite, please let New Hope Network know immediately so we can hold your hotel room.
If you would like to provide a roommate’s name to be added to the room reservation in advance, please let NHN know as soon as possible and prior to check-in.
NHN is not responsible for any hotel reservation made under names other than what appears on the approved Hosted Buyer’s driver’s license or photo ID.
Hosted Buyer invitations are non-transferrable and only qualified participants may attend. NHN may deny eligibility for any reason, should we determine that you fraudulently represented or misrepresented yourself, and/or the business (es) that you represent.
Hosted Buyer participation in Natural Products Expo West will include their contact details being made available to registered exhibitors. Persons under the age of 18 and pets (except registered assistance dogs) are not permitted.
By participating in Natural Products Expo West, you grant NHN and its affiliates all rights necessary to use your name, likeness, voice, statements and biography, whether in print, electronic, or other media for educational or promotional purposes and you expressly waive any right of inspection or approval.
You understand and acknowledge that your travel to, attendance at, and participation in Natural Products Expo West are voluntary and you expressly assume all risks of personal injury, death or other damages which may result from or arise out of such travel and/or attendance. You hereby expressly waive, release and discharge NHN and its affiliates from any and all claims arising out of your travel to, attendance at, or participation in Natural Products Expo West.
By applying for the program, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the foregoing and you agree to the terms and conditions contained herein.

If you have previously attended Natural Products Expo West as a Hosted Buyer, you are welcome to apply again for the 2026 program. Please note that participation is limited to a maximum of five (5) individuals per retail company to ensure broad representation across the industry.
While we value our returning buyers and the ongoing relationships we’ve built, we also strongly encourage new retailers to Expo West and those new to the Hosted Buyer Program to apply. Our goal is to create meaningful connections between emerging brands and a diverse mix of retailers and health & wellness professionals.
