Natural Products Expo West, the premier event for the organic and natural products industry, will take place March 2-5, 2027.

What to Expect

The New Hope Network conference team curates programming and speakers for Natural Products Expo West based on a combination of proposals, industry research, and recommendations from advisors and programming partners. At the end of every proposal submission window, our team reviews all ideas and works together to create impactful educational programming and speaking opportunities.

Audience

The Natural Products Expo West audience consists of trade professionals working in the food, beverage, supplement, personal care, and healthy lifestyle industry. This includes retail and food service buyers, manufacturers, health practitioners, distributors, service providers, suppliers, investors, content creators, non-profit organizations, and more! We aim to provide educational content that is compelling, timely, and relevant for a diverse audience.

Please Note

• To submit a speaker/session proposal for consideration, you will be asked to create an account. Your account will be linked to a submission portal where you can see the status of your submission(s).
• We often record presentations and make educational content available to attendees post-show. As a speaker, your session may be recorded and/or photographed.
• Speakers should avoid sales pitches during conference sessions and may not hand out marketing materials or product samples. Educational worksheets and resources are okay if approved by the conference team.
• We cannot provide audience contact information. If you are a speaker, you may ask your audience for business cards or request to connect with them after the session and through the event app.
• Underwriting and sponsorship of Natural Products Expo West conference programming does not exclude individuals from sponsoring companies from speaking at the conference. Our content team manages editorial decision-making and speaker/topic selection separate of sponsorship and underwriting opportunities.
• If you are an exhibitor interested in sponsored content programs such as Exhibitor Presented Seminars and Premier Content Partnerships, please contact your account manager.

Dates and Deadlines

• Call for Proposals opens Tuesday, August 18, 2026.
• The submission deadline is Thursday, September 24, 2026 by 5pm MT.
• Conference programming will take place in-person at Natural Products Expo West Tuesday, March 2 - Friday, March 5, 2026.
