Priority Points Program

When you exhibit at one of New Hope Network Trade show, Priority Points determine the order in which you can select your opportunity for next year's show.

Historical Points + Show Points (Current Booth Size Points + Media Points + Sponsorship Points) = Total Show Points

Historical Points are based on the number of years a company has exhibited at Natural Products Expos West, East, Newtopia Now since 1992 (exception: Expo East 2021 exhibitors received two points). A maximum of one point is earned for each past show. Historical points carryover each year and do not expire.

Show Points: Booth Points, Media Points, and Sponsorship are given for (applicable show) contracted booth space, sponsorship participation, and media solutions as outlined below. Show points are applicable to the current year only; after show participation you will only receive the one (1) historical point for that show. Show points DO NOT carry over to shows or years, they are show specific.

• Advertising in Natural Foods Merchandiser, expowest.com, newhope.com, Delicious Living magazine and deliciousliving.com
• Spend on Nutrition Business Journal subscriptions and report and NCN Cornerstone Investors

Signed contracts must be on file at New Hope Network by end of business day Mountain Time on the following dates for media points to be included in calculations for the following shows. Media spend points do not carry over to the next calendar year.
