Proposal submissions for Natural Products Expo West 2027 will open in the fall.

Proposal Selection Process

The New Hope Network conference team curates programming and speakers for Natural Products Expo West based on a combination of proposals, industry research, and recommendations from advisors and programming partners. At the end of every proposal submission window, our team reviews all ideas and works together to create impactful educational programming and speaking opportunities.

Please Note:

• If you submitted a proposal and it is accepted, you'll receive an email with next steps. Decisions will be made on a rolling basis through January 2027.
• If you submitted a proposal and it is not accepted, you will also receive a notification email. Our content team may reach out if we have other content opportunities outside of Expo West that would be a good fit. These decisions will be made on a rolling basis through January 2027 as well.  
• If you are an exhibitor interested in sponsored content programs such as Exhibitor Presented Seminars and Premier Content Partnerships, please contact your account manager.
