Reservation Deposit and Guarantee Policy:
Your credit card is used only as a guarantee at the time of booking the reservation with onPeak. A two-night room and tax deposit is required by credit card or company check. The deposit will be charged by the hotel(s) directly approximately 30 days prior to the event.
Reservations may be cancelled with no fees up to two weeks (14 days) prior to arrival. Guest will be charged a two-night room and tax fee for reservations cancelled within two weeks (14 days) prior to arrival.
Note: Individual hotel policies may vary slightly. For specific hotel policies review your reservation confirmation email.
