- Pay Your Application Fee
One fee covers applications for both Expo West 2027 (March 2-5, Anaheim) and Newtopia Now 2026 (August 18-20, Denver). - Complete Your Application
After payment, you'll receive a link to submit your company details and product information for standards review. - Â Get Approved
Our Standards Team reviews your application within 90 days. Once approved, you have 1 year to reserve your booth.
Important: Application fee is non-refundable and does not guarantee booth space. Your products must meet our Ingredient Standards (no artificial colors, flavors, or sweeteners).
