We've partnered with :INCLUDED the last several years. This organization is a membership collective for BIPOC top executives in CPG who are dedicated to one another’s success, who advocate for diverse representation, and who commit to amplifying BIPOC voices. Highlights from this partnership include conference session collaborations, networking events and onsite exhibit space at Expo West 2026.
Thank you to our :INCLUDED participating brands for Expo West 2026!
Our ongoing partnership with :INCLUDED is created to more effectively elevate BIPOC-owned brands in the industry. Highlights from these efforts included conference session collaborations, networking events and onsite exhibit space and table top features.
The Naturally Proud Network provides a place where LGBTQ+ friends and professionals can connect with industry peers and create an international network where everyone feels welcome. Highlights from this partnership included networking events and education.
J.E.D.I. Collaborative aims to empower companies and leaders to increase their capacity to create space for and work alongside underrepresented communities to thrive in the natural products industry. Highlights from this partnership include happy hours, special events and education.
The Anaheim Convention Center has one of the most extensive sustainability programs in place. Check out all of the amazing efforts they have in place including- water reduction, waste diversion and social change.
At Natural Products Expo West 2026, we worked with Clean the World to build 1,200 Hygiene Kits at our Sustainability Kiosk, which were then distributed to communities affected by poverty, homelessness, and humanitarian crises. Clean the World is a global leader in sustainable environmental and social impact solutions, diverting soap bars and plastic amenities (which the hospitality industry would otherwise discard) from landfills and transforming the soap into lifesaving, essential supplies for communities in need across the globe.
This year, we continued our donation program where leftover food samples and booth materials (such as furniture) are donated to Second Harvest Food Bank.
After this year, we were able to donate 163,547 lbs of food/beverage! Leftover materials, both food and booth supplies were donated to local non-profits, including Habitat for Humanity and Second Harvest Food Bank.
At Expo West, we keep your complete wellbeing in mind when designing our event experience. Whether you need to decompress, access family-friendly amenities, or navigate the show with ease, we've created spaces and services to support every attendee. Here are examples of the wellness and accessibility features available at Expo West 2025:
Attendees joined on the grand plaza each morning for an early morning yoga to start the day centered and rejuvenated.
The Zen Den is a serene sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation. This thoughtfully designed space invited attendees to decompress in comfort with cozy relaxation chairs, gentle mood lighting, and the soothing aroma of essential oil diffusers. The Zen Den offers the use of prayer mats, and sensory support tools to enhance mindfulness, gentle movement and overall well-being. Step in, breathe deeply and find your zen.
We also continue to strive for the most accessibility at Expo West. Parents, we have dedicated nursing rooms and child care so while you are browsing the newest products on the trade show floor, you know your loved ones are being cared for.
