How to use the Expo West Event App:
Log In: Visit the Expo West event app, click “Log in,” and enter the email address you used to register.
Password Setup: If it’s your first time logging in, create a password. If you forgot your password, click “send me a magic link” to reset it.
Homepage Navigation: After logging in, you'll land on the event homepage where you can navigate through the exhibitor list, agenda, products, and more!
**Tip: Don't miss out on important notifications during the show. Make sure to turn on notifications for the Expo West Event App in your phone’s settings.

Product Discovery with Beacon:
Beacon Discovery is Expo West's product discovery platform. Find products tailored to your needs by using extensive filters like categories, private label, distributors, certifications, and see these products in person at Expo West!
- Select the Products button in the event app
- Log in or sign up to use Beacon. *Note: be sure to use the same email address you used to register for Expo West.
- Browse through products and click the heart icon to add any products to your favorites list. *Note: products with an "Expo West" label will be at the show.
- Head back to the Expo West Event App and select "Floor Plan" and select "Focus on my bookmarked companies". This is the NEW floor plan navigation tool to find the exact booth whose products you favorited! This allows you to see exactly where they are on the show floor and helps you easily navigate to them.
Scavenger Hunt
Visit various pavilions and destinations on the show floor to play! Stop by the locations listed below and use the QR code on the right to play. Each stop is worth 100 points.
The Prizes
First Place: $500 gift card
Second Place: $250 gift card
Third Place: $250 gift card
**In the event of a tie for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place, the winner(s) will be determined by a random drawing.
**All participants will be entered into a drawing for one of five $100 gift cards.
Drawing information
Winners will be announced on March 7th at 11:00 AM in the New Hope Network Café. Prizes will be mailed to the registered address of any winner who cannot attend the announcement, after confirming their address via email.
How to play
- Open up the Expo West event app and log in.
- Click on the "Scavenger Hunt" button.
- Visit each stop on the scavenger hunt and look for a QR code at their booth and earn points.
- Check your progress and see how you rank by visiting the Progress Report and Leaderboard.
