Trade Show Floor FAQs

Trade Show days are now Tuesday - Thursday. Click here for more information about trade show and education dates and times.

Each attendee is permitted to exit the show floor with one sample bag per day. It has been determined from both attendee and exhibitor feedback that one sample bag per day is sufficient enough to bring home product and literature from the show floor. Additional bags will be donated to the local food banks and charities.

For safety reasons, rolling carts, rolling bags, strollers and bags with wheels are not permitted on the show floor during show floor hours, except where such carts or bags are a medical necessity. Numerous bag checks are available throughout the Expo West campus to store these items.

Education FAQs

Refer to the Schedule for the latest information on educational sessions including exhibitor-presented seminars. For general information, visit the Education Options page.

Anyone 16 years and older must qualify to register as an attendee or exhibitor and will be required to show business proof.

While many speakers like to use handouts, some do not. If the speaker provides a handout to us, it will be available for download after the show.

All of the New Hope sessions and most of the Exhibitor Hosted Education sessions are available for download after the show. Click here for more information.
