The dates for Natural Products Expo West 2021 have changed.

New Hope Network misses gathering with the natural & organic products community, and we were so excited to welcome you all during Natural Products Expo West 2021 in March. Due to the uncertainty of the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, we have decided to reschedule Expo West 2021 for May 24-27, 2021. As we monitor progress and recovery in the coming months, we are hopeful the additional time will bring increased security and safety for all of us while traveling and gathering with our peers. We are committed to providing timely and transparent communication as we navigate this next phase together.  

Please see below for answers to the questions we have been receiving most frequently. 

You should have received an email with instructions on transferring your booth to the new dates and alternative options. If you did not receive it, please reach out to your Account Manager directly.  

The email you should have received with instructions also includes information on transferring any marketing or sponsorship opportunities you had purchased for Expo West 2021.

With so many unknowns, the Natural Products Expo team is committed to providing timely and transparent information regarding the Expo West 2021 show. If the current COVID-19 crisis results in the need to cancel, all registered attendees will be notified via email no later than 12 weeks prior to the show, and refunds will be provided for all paid badges associated with the official registration for the Expo West 2021 event. All exhibitors will receive guidance on the process for booth credits and refunds in the event of a cancellation.

Many aspects of Expo West 2021 will be different. Events and education will be held Monday through Thursday and exhibits will take place Tuesday through Thursday.  We have decided to discontinue the Super Pass upgrade for the entirety of 2021.  All education sessions will now be included in an Exhibit Hall badge. We will also be offering virtual options for most of our education sessions to account for decreased room capacities and for those who are unable to travel or to attend the show over the new dates. Some of our larger networking events will be altered or cancelled to maintain health and safety measures. More information regarding how the show will continue to transform will be provided in the upcoming months. 

We intend to open registration mid-January 2021 but will provide more information as it is finalized.  

We intend to open housing at the beginning of 2021 but will provide more information once it is finalized. We are working with our hotel partners to ensure we can plan for and communicate any changes that may result from the date shift.

Reservation deposit and guarantee policy:

Your credit card is used only as a guarantee at the time of booking the reservation with onPeak. A two-night room and tax deposit is required by credit card or company check. The deposit will be charged by the
hotel(s) directly approximately three weeks prior to the event.

Reservations may be cancelled with no fees up to two weeks (14 days) prior to arrival. Guest will be charged a two-night room and tax fee for reservations cancelled within two weeks (14 days) prior to arrival.

If you need to make any changes or cancellations to your reservation on or before 05/04/2021, make your changes with onPeak. Changes or cancellations to your reservation after this date must be made directly with
the hotel(s). All changes are based on availability.
